For me, VLM is there as a young, dynamic, flexible, and highly motivated team with a rich experience in welding, construction, mechanical solutions, and the accompanying rigging and hoisting. They have a positive attitude (always polite and kind!), focussing on delivering added value for the client, with motivated managers and staff who are attentive to safety, quality, and productivity in simple tasks as well as larger turnarounds. The company management always thinks with the client and is open to improvement and change, resulting in lower costs and higher availability.

We have been working with VLM for a couple of months, and it was quickly clear to us that VLM stands for reliability and respectability. Demolishing, construction, maintenance, welding, etc., all projects get a thorough follow-up and are finished correctly and neatly. For a little while, one of our staff started working at VLM's maintenance department to assure 'small' welding jobs.
